★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is full of patents whole day. Parking facilities are also available. Diagnostic tests are available in very low cost. People from distant places come here every day for there treatment. Though the facilities are good but cleanliness of toilets and washrooms are not satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good & caring hospital because of staff , the staff change ( promotion and transfer ) it's a government rule ,but all the facilities provided by you all is very very comfortable and valuable for patients . It's not only my review but i have heard this thing from another persons also. The staff care and provide each help time to time ,they don't irritate the patient for again and again appointment. I am from Bilaspur Distt. But i prefer Hamirpur hospital due to their good service.Thanks to staff , government , each and every person who all are working in this institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They actually don't pay attention towards providing proper information to the patient and it really cause so much trouble. There is no system for lines, so many people are standing there no matter what their condition is. There should be a person to provide information to the patients regarding what documents are required for lab test process. Along with that, lack of cleaning and hygiene, improper standing and sitting arrangements are also there. They don't pay attention towards saving time rather than that, they make the procedure more lengthy by refering to other rooms again and again. My experience with this hospital is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patient visits more than its capacity. Place is always full of rush. Security have no sense ,how to talk with patients .they give respect only to permanent staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our son born in this hospital. Doctors and nurses took care of complete pregnancy and post pregnancy treatment.There way of talking and explaining is phenomenal. My wife and son both are healthy. Thanks to all working in this Hospital.special thanks to gynaecologist. You all are doing such a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is well experienced but they do not treat patients equally. so here my experience with this hospital:
6/04/2022 at 5:36 pm i got admitted in the hospital due to syncope disease (loss of consciousness) i got my consciousness in few hours after adrenaline injection and glucose dose.E.C.G report was also normal but doc advised to stay atleast one night under observation i agreed and they shifted me to ward no-206.And here the scene - No bed facility i had to sleep with another patient which is so uncomfortable for me .There were rats also under the bed which was quite strange experience for me in a government hospital .All blood and urine sample were taken and report were normal and nurse said that they will discharge me after the doc came on round.I have to wait 6 hours sitting in another patient bed which cause me back pain and i didn't ate lunch because i thought i wll be discharged soon but i have to wait from 10am to 4 pm.I went to nurse atleast 4 times but she said you have to wait for doc .The doc came and i just sign and i got discharged.So i had been waiting for 6 hours just for sign.Shame on this.
