★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was operated upon by Dr RS Rai, on 06 Sep 21for removal of a growth in the urinary bladder. Prior to the operation and consultation for undergoing the Cystoscopy TUR-BT, Dr Rai was very informal and convincing with total humility. However once admitted for operation he displayed his actual personality. He lacks basic qualities of a good human being, needs to refresh his knowledge of doctor patient relationship and human behavioural sciences.
He had promised to provide a video of the cystoscopy that he did not give and infact was Very insolent
In communicating post operation. I am in fact skeptical and worried about the surgery that I have gone through.
I will certainly not recommend such a doctor to anyone . He be kept at bay for any urinary problems.
