β β β β β Very unprofessional. Called them for appointment which they kept postponing and finally started disconnecting my calls. Now when I call they cut it. If they canβt take appointment why canβt they simple tell, itβs not that there is no other doctor in town.

β β β β β Highest rating! My experience here was magnificent! I recommend Drs. Rajat and Sanjay Gupta to everyone. I had been looking at my own father in his early 90's. He had bags of skin under this throat more commonly called "turkey neck." I looked at myself in the mirror and realized I was developing the same. I decided I wanted them removed. So, I searched on the internet for a physician to do the removal. As an air ticket from San Francisco to Delhi RoundTrip was $800, I included Delhi in my search for plastic surgeons. Luckily, I found Dr. Rajat Gupta. I researched extensively. I decided that, based upon his experience, outcomes (seen on his website), and price, I would have the plastic surgery with him in Delhi.
I did not tell any of my friends or family that I was having plastic surgery in India. I did not want to listen to all of them tell me that India was too primitive and unhygienic for such surgery (when they actually knew nothing about it). I had to laugh. Everyone of their doctors was Indian in the United States! Clearly, Indian physicians had the necessary training.
I flew to Delhi, and met with Dr. Rajat Gupta in his office. The office looked like any doctor's office in the US. No different. Dr. Gupta explained to me what the procedure would be and used a pencil to lift my skin and show me what the goal of the surgery would be. He explained everything and was clear and concise. When I asked him how much the surgery would be, he was clear and said $4,500 USD. I will let those reading go online to see what the price would have been in the US.
I returned 3 months later to Delhi to undergo the surgery. I had all of the preop work done for about $150.00. This included blood tests, EKG, Chest Xray, and Stress EKH. All of the lab people were superb.
Then, the next day, I arrived at the surgical facility for the surgery. Naturally, I was nervous. You never know how things will turn out. The nurses were excellent. I had to get used to their being called, "Sister," in India. I met with the anesthesiologist who explained everything. Then, I was wheeled into the surgery theater which looked like a US hospital. In the room were Dr. Rajat Gupta, 2 assistants, a surgical nurse, and the anesthesiologist.
I woke up about 3 hours later in my own private room. Slowly, the anesthesia wore off. I woke up with a compression band around my head supporting the jaws. Then, Dr. Gupta entered with his assistants. "Would you like to see what we did?" he asked. This was the moment I had feared the most. I was afraid that the person I would see would not be me.
Dr. Gupta held the mirror before my face. My heart leaped because there was my same face, only much more refreshed and relaxed. I did not look like those people in Los Angeles who have undergone too much surgery. I looked like me, same smile, same face--only better. The bags under my jaw were gone. I was discharged that evening.
I did recovery for about 10 days. Wearing the compression band day and night (expect for brief excursions to the doctor or other places). I had absolutely no pain. For the first 2 days, the face swells. Then, the swelling begins to decrease. This is what the doctors told me would happen, and it absolutely did. In fact, after 7 days, I traveled to Kashmir for a visit. I did wear a scarf around my neck during that visit and used the compression band at night.
This experience turned out so much better than I expected! I recommend it to anyone who wants the highest quality surgery at an incredibly reasonable price. Your experience will be very, very similar to undergoing the procedure in the US. The only difference will are that the outside of building in India is often a bit rundown, but, when you get inside, you find the facilities are completely modern and comparable to the US.
Also did laser resurfacing on my face to remove 3 scars. After just 1 treatment, 2 of the 3 scars had almost completely disappeared. This procedure will take 5 treatments. Total cost: $500. Worth every penny

β β β β β He is the worst doctor we have ever been to ! My mother got ill after taking his prescribed medicine and then we move to someone else he changed the medicine to 20mg and this illiterate doctor gave my mother medicine of 1000 mg. We had visited him in alchemist and they looted us by saying that doctor had gone on a vacation for 15 days then they suggested us a doctor who charged 700 as his own fees and around 800 of test in the building itself.
Even though the staff at his home clinic is literally rude. They think like they are at the top of this world. Totally waste of money and put your health at risk too ! ?
