★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the clinic today. A patient was lying on the floor and no one was attending him. No one cares about the patient at all. Highly irresponsible, unethical behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the misfortune of being referred to Dr Rajesh Gupta at Pentamed Hospital. He is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever come across. The staff has no clue about what they are doing. We had to wait for 1 hour in the emergency before someone saw the patient. Staff at reception sent us to the OPD when clearly the OPD was closed. Dr Rajesh came 1 hour late despite a prior appointment and spent 30-40seconds on the patient. He did not have enough time to listen to the patient history or the kind of pain he was into. He quickly refuted all the prior tests shown to him and advised fresh tests to be done in his hospital. Although he was extremely prompt in charging Rs 1,000 for this visit. Utterly disappointed with the doctor and support staff at this hospital. Wouldn’t advise to anyone. Horrible experience.
