Management should see there staffs and train them accordingly...if they are not capable ,then search other staff. Sorry for my hardness ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After paying a big amount of fees,there is no facility for patients. Patients are helpless to stand in sun or in the corridor. Worst facility ever for patients.Doctor is taking too much time than a normal time. Patients coming from long distance are disturbed and cant go home the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please keep it as the last place to visit. The staff is so arrogant and rude that sometimes it is difficult to withstand them. There is no facility. The doctor's clinic is all about money only, they do not care about the patient. They will say come at 7:30 AM for appointment and you will get next days time no matter how the patient's condition is. I think doctors take an oath to treat all the patients but this doctor clearly does not give a damn about it. PLEASE TRY AND AVOID THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Pros and cons)- PROs- small queue and easy appointment. Doctor gives lot of time per patient. A good doc.
CONs- staff are ignorant and unfriendly and would not listen at all to problems of patients coming from outstation. There is no public transport at night. Visit only if you live in patna else not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best doctors of Patna. He talks to his patients very calmly and understands their problems. He doesn't advises unnecessary medicines. The only downside is that you have to fix an appointment with him 1 day in advance and the fees is little bit high at ₹1000. Also, too much time is taken so plan your schedule accordingly. Overall, I would say he's a gem of a doctor and his way of talking is something which all the other doctors of Patna should learn a thing or two from

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I genuinely respect doctors and no doubt he is a very good doctor that’s why I decided book an appointment to consult him for my father. I was very disappointed when I called and Compounder told me to come at 5 am in the morning and window will open at 7 am and then they will note the name of first 15 patients. I don’t know what’s the trend of “famous” doctors of patna of calling patient at 5 in the morning (I can name many of them) and stand in line to book an appointment where It can just be done on a phone call or online or any other friendly method. Just for sake of showing a doctor is very famous and have lot of patients this trend has been started. That’s the reason patients have to go to delhi or chennai for the treatment. Seriously doctors of patna should think over this issue and should stop this trend and follow a patient friendly way
