★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken an appointment on coming saturday (12th September for 6pm). I have called at clinic to confirm the appointment as patient will be coming from outside Mumbai. Secretary said that she has not book any appointment at 6pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Dr. Ranajit's Mukherjee's clinic on 24th Aug 2019. Earlier, I had visited various doctors in some of the best hospitals in Mumbai ( Lilavati Hospital, Ambani hospital in Versova etc) but was not satisfied with their tests as well as their diagnosis. My first impression was that the clinic is neat and had pleasant ambiance. I was called in at the appointed time. There were a large number of patients waiting in the reception area - an indication of the popularity of the doctor!
Dr. Mukherjee is a very pleasant personality and carried out all the tests that were necessary for detecting my eye problem. He has some of the latest state of art equipment and though he had many assistants, I noticed that he was carrying out some of the intricate tests by himself. h
He never hurried up ( unlike other doctors in so called best hospitals) and looked at patients with patience - a huge plus point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience on the 27th Jan,2020,as soon as I entered the clinic the receptionist did not allow me to sit & she jus asked the file,Though my mom was behind me. which will never be forgotten in my Life & bad day as well. She could have waited for 2 mintues atleast.I was so much Hurt,Jus controlled my emotions.?She is the one who is not a Polite Lady .??The receptionist is not suitable for Dr.Mukerjee's clinic.??
My next visit was on 12th Feb. This was my 2nd time,When I entered only the receptionist (Radha)asked me "Aap ko yaad tha ki nahi aaj ka appointment".?
This is very unacceptable the kind of behaviour to all the Dr.Mukerjee's Patients..The Doc's treatment is good and he's polite. Where ever I have visited Doctor's clinic have never got such a bad experience.. All welcome me with a Warm Hello & Smile.????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience❌❌❌❌❌❌ ever , the receptionist was very rude , she dint let my senior citizen mother enter the room and says appointment is for only one person where we have clearly mentioned plus one while booking an appointment . Our apppointment was at 7pm but my senior citizen father who just undergone surgery and recovering from ailments had to wait for ALMOST 2HOURS . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . DOES
NOT RECCOMMEND AT ALL . ATLAST MY FATHER COULDN'T WAIT LONGER SO HAD TO LEAVE THE CLINIC WITHOUT CONSULTING THE OPTHALMIST . THEY DONT VALUE A PENNY OF PATIENTS TIME .EVEN IF YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE TIME ASWELL PLEASE DONT VISIT THEM ?????A HUMBLE REQUEST.❌❌❌❌❌❌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Eye Clinic Ever! Operating with the sole purpose of siphoning money from gullible patient.
Taking an appointment here is redundant, as the doctor never ever calls the patients at appointment's time. Doctor Ranajit Mukherjee has no value whatsoever of patients' time. Instead of attending patients, he spends his time gossiping with other staff members. The delay is excruciating to an unprecedented degree. My appointment was at 5:00 PM, but the doctor called me in at 10:00 PM.
The most appalling part about Dr. Ranajit Mukherjee is not the delay, but the despicable tactics he deploys to siphon money from naïve patients. After the everlasting delay Dr. Ranajit Mukherjee called me in. Despite being the so called 'experienced doctor' he proclaims to be he was not able to figure out the numbers for my spectacles. Instead of trying to figure out the number he gave me another appointment.
When I went to the front desk, I was charged ₹1500 for absolutely nothing! And I was given another appointment wherein doctor wanted to perform tests worth ₹20,000. I was absolutely stunned, since I was told that the fees for eye test is ₹800.
Just because he has installed all the expensive machinery doesn't means that he will rip patients off to fund it.
Thank goodness I consulted another doctor or else I would've been trapped in a vicious money making cycle of Dr. Ranajit Mukherjee.
I would suggest everyone to not come here at all, since not only will you be ripped off but also your previous time will be wasted.
