★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The approach to the patient is really very cool by Dr. Rani Shah. Also the receptionist is very much friendly and helpful towards the needful one. They'll guide you really well through all your skin problems. The consulting fees could use some change though! The medicines prescribed is readily available at the clinic itself. Ample of parking space is definitely a plus point and also the place is easy to notice from the main road in normal traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment has no meaning here... one has to sit minimum 30-45 minutes even after taking appointment. This got repeated 3 times. They need to fix this.
Although the doctor is good i feel.

My wife got Burnt on one leg by hot tea and developed water boils, we visited Dr. Rani she prescribed her fucibet cream to be applied on the burnt area , when my wife tried to apply it , it burnt like hell! Which was not normal at all ! So we checked with other doctor and he told us that this cream should never be applied on burns it is used to treat eczema ! If she does not have this much basic knowledge I wonder how is she a doctor at all !!!

? But the calls are responded so rudely that it feels insulting. I think the staff needs training on communication and manners.
