They made my mom to use insuline for almost 2+ year until we went for a full check up somewhere else and found insulines were actually not required. Doctor was rude and keep recommending costly medicines though the best and cheap alternatives are already in the market. It's just a business institution and would not recommend this if you really care for yourselves.
