For perfect cure one should visit him
But we dont get appointments easily
Have to wait for weeks
Wait for hours for a check up
Plz let the patient get appointments as soon as possible plz avail some facility for this.

Dr is too good. The way he treat patients is good.
But the staff he appointed for the calling for appointment is worst. They don't have manners to talk with patients.
They think the beggars are calling.
Dr plz talk with your staff.

β β β β β Today 17.02.2022 at 12.00 pm I just called to the given number and asked to lady for an doctor appointment and she told that appointment is full for Saturday in a very harsh tone .... My dad has high diabetes and is not well... i asked the receptionist that if the patient is critical than what to do cant we get the appointment .... so she told take the patient to nearby hospital ...... this is the way the clinic staff behaves so if talking in very rude manner then how they can treat gratefully.... Wo bolte hai naa India me " Chai se jada kittle garam" This phrase perfectly fits for this clinic staff...
Very pathetic behavior on call
Behalf of doctor calling number person should be polite.....

β β β β β Dr is good but the reception and over all behaviour of staff is pathetic. Too much waiting time. Have to go through checkup of junior Dr. Team and then we reach to Dr. Roa. Unhappy with the staff attitude and behaviour . Dr sits inside but what's going outside he is not aware.

Dr. Vinay Rao is a very busy doctor but they have a knack for treating the patient well.He is good doctor with amazing diagnostic & clinical skills.
My mother has been a patient of this doctor for the last 22 years. She always said that she is living a bonus life,all the credit goes to Dr. Vinay Rao.His appointments are always full,as he is a smart & expert doctor in Virar.We must understand this too.He is fully dedicated to his profession.
I have also been receiving treatment from dentist Dr. Priya Rao for the last 14 years.Doctor madam is calm, loving & skillful.She gives proper treatment.
The staff is cooperative.
It is my wish that they will continue to provide good service to the patients.
