★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management for the appointments ,They give early appointment at 12pm and when I reached they said , we forget to write and give me another appointment which is after 30mi which over in 3 hours also the lady receptionist is very rude and misbehaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Canton, OH, USA and was here on a short visit in Ujjain when I accompanied a cousin to visit Dr. Ravi Rathore's Child Care center. In my numerous visits to Doctors in the US, I have never had any doctor spend more than a minute; instead, I found myself illustrating the symptoms and history to the paramedics for half an hour or more. By contrast, I found this process very efficient over here. Dr. Rathore took care of the entire symptom gathering, diagnosis and treatment communication. It was a rather pleasant surprise to find such a professional and high-quality child care in this town. What grasped my attention was the time and effort invested by Dr. Rathore in gathering the symptoms. His diagnosis, treatment and follow-ups were equally impressive. One such incident that I wish to share was when Dr. Rathore was trying to ascertain whether or not the patient (an infant) had had concussions. I noticed that Dr. Rathore 'acted' of how a child undergoing concussion looks like to visually demonstrate to the patient's parents and know if the child actually had undergone concussions. Diagnosing and treating condition of infants and children who can't clearly voice their problems is without any doubt a very challenging profession. And I am happy that doctors like Dr. Ravi Rathore are here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doc is good but the receptionist lady in the clinic is not a tall polite , she is very rude. She is ready to insult n fight with everyone . Also hygiene is a big concern in the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic diagnosis by the doctor for any illness. He is very polite and courteous.
Because of his expertise in child care the number of patients is very high, and the wait time is sometimes high but it all becomes wortwhile when he once sees our child and gives the treatment.
I feel he is one of the best doctors in the country as far as child diagnosis is concerned and parents of Ujjain town in particular are blessed to have a doctor like him as he could have easily settled in any bigger city.
