★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person sitting at the reception has no manners at all. They do not know how to treat patients. Would never recommend this doctor to anyone. No ethics. Don't even know how to talk to people. Crazy person. They will soon loose their patients because of this crazy head sitting at the reception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patients are waiting but dr ritu is busy on calls .. her so called father who is sitting on reception hv no manners to talk.. her darling daughter need to first cure her dad.. Huh.. she is earning so well then y cnt she hire a good receptionist? V r in need n waiting der but it's ol useless coz she doesn't care about your time..it's my first n last experience with her.. GOD will see them..

Ritu arora and her staff, called her many times but not a single call was answered , staff is so rude they dnt know how to talk with the clients , she took a holiday today , without informing any patient and even there was no notice on her clinic regarding holiday , i visited her thrice for check up but was not able to meet her once , even i took a appointment on the call once but she is not bothered about her patients ,please avoid to visit her clinic to teach her lesson

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is such a rude doctor, the whole staff is rude, they have given me the appointment of 4pm and dr. Came at 5:45.
When I called her and told that my eyes are still paining in the same manner, she said"Jadu ki chaddi h kya jo ghumau aur thik ho jayega , just wait for a week" and when next time i visited she has checked my eyes number had given the wrong as well as she was talking with one of his old client while checking the same. And when I said I have no relief even after 13 days she said "what will i do if there is no problem". She can't even say that I m unable to understand your problem.
Such a rude, unprofessional, and I'll mannered doctor.

My father undergone a cataract surgery on 3 Oct 20 which was successfully done, I really want to thank her and express our heartfelt gratitude..... I also recommend Kalpana Gaur ( Center Manager ) , she has helped me throughout my journey from day 1 to till date. She responded to my every query:) really appreciate !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont go there , not even by mistake, its a complete wastage of time, she is unethical, rude in behaviour, doesn't value ur tym, always busy on calls, but wont receive ur call to give an appointment, wears torn and dirty clothes, worse then a koodewala, u will urself feel lyk taking a bath after meeting her, everyone there us rude,, she is the worst doctor i have ever seen in my lyf. cant give less then 1 star, else i wud hve given negative one.

Instead of judging /writing negative reviews here people should come forward to volunteer and try working in her clinic for one hour to understand dedication of Dr.Ritu and her team put in for every patient. She is very humble; down to earth individual - doing brilliant Homeopathy treatment as a service to people.
