★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey so let me share my experience recently, I have hair problem and for that I booked a sitting in max and then there comes this lady name Dr. Ritu gupta for that appointment I booked, she told me that max does not support PRP therapy so I have to visit her clinic, she first told me that it will cost 12k for 6 sittings and provided nothing in return any written documentation for proof, I had my first therapy and she told me to pay full fees in the very first session I did that when I went for second Therapy then she refuses and said it was 12k per sitting.
Then she said it was my fault I misunderstood it in the first place. Instead I already confirmed twice with that lady regarding the same. I know this was my fault that I didn’t asked for any written documentation because I do trust max and their doctors but this lady changed my whole view point she doesn’t care for her patients at all. It’s a shame that Max have such doctors.
Worst experience , wouldn’t recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all she don't even know how to talk to clients. Without any proof, she tells the husband in front of the wife that she is infected with you and you have got an infection from somewhere outside,
And the treatment for which other people ask Rs 10k rupees, she charge 30k.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to really make the effort of reviewing her for the greater good of all people visiting her for a consultation- Doctors like her sadly total frauds. She misdiagnosed me with warts on purpose to coerce me into getting a laser treatment. I had a hunch she made no sense so I went to a govt dermatologist (who wouldn’t have any profit motive) and she told me it’s not at all warts it’s just sun exposure marks.
Please don’t go to these fraud doctors who are in just to just mooch money off you.
I seriously feel like raising a formal complaint about this doctor she misleads people and suggests really expensive topical treatments. Better off not going to these than getting wrong advice.
