I mostly visit Dr.Rohit sir and Dr.Juhi ma'am They are the best till date. My experience was very very good with Sir, maam and other nursing staff too. The way they explains about our complaints is the best. I really appreciate their work. Both of them are so understanding and makes us comfortable respectively. Very good & polite doctors. And Rohit sir is the best at his service. Best hospital for gynaecologist and orthopedic too. I highly recommend this hospital.

My mother had a right shoulder dislocation after a fall and she had unbearable pain and couldn't move her arm. We immediately consulted Dr. Luthra, after the check up and xray we were adviced for Closed Reduction of the shoulder on OPD basis. Although it was too bad and difficult but Dr. Luthra fixed it back magically. My mother was adviced to immobilize her arm using a sling for 6 weeks and then gradually start with Physiotherapy. Dr. Rohit Luthra did the HTO and arthroscopy meniscus repair surgery on my wife's knee at Arcus Hospital. Hospital is well equipped with modern facilities. Not only Dr. Rohit but the entire IPD staff and physiotherapists were very cordial and professional and our 3 day stay in the hospital was very pleasant. Special note for physiotherapist, Dr. Sonam Shirpure, she was very helpful and provided proper care to my wife during her recovery journey through regular physiotherapy sessions. My wife is recovering well now. Another important point, especially these days, was that all the Medical insurance documents/case papers were provided without any follow-ups and my insurance was approved without any queries. I was never made to feel rushed. When I informed him of my past of a severe response to one type of Anesthetic, he offered a very gentle (minimal dose) epidural Anesthetic in which his team used world class leading-edge drugs and methods. I never experienced much pain even right after surgery. The medications were well prescribed and the method of “Robotic surgery” also seemed to offer less pain following surgery. Doctor visited me multiple times during the days post-surgery. These visits were really critical to understanding the strides in my recovery and toward offering the informed assurance I needed in those early days. The entire staff of the Arcus Hospital worked together as a seamless, highly responsive unit with each one offering that personable ‘family” touch. One felt they really cared to provide comfort and ease to the patients. The small Arcus Hospital was fully staffed and equipped like a major hospital, was maintained in a fresh, clean manner. The Physical Therapy department also provided exercises with clear directions for continuing their plan, increasing difficulty as I continued to recover at home. Because of my former knee troubles, I understand that physiotherapy is the key to long term post surgical continued progress toward a normal and full physical life. Almost a month after my surgery, I am able to walk with and without a cane, and already have better range of motion and less swelling than pre-surgery. Each day I continue to make small steady improvements. As of 7 weeks after surgery, I have achieved normal range of motion in my knees. I experience swelling in the knees after activities involving periods of standing during daily activities. I am able to walk longer distances and am able to climb stairs. I am not yet as strong as pre-surgery, so it will take more time. Dr. Rohit Luthra is very professional and caring. He did surgery on my Mom's right knee. The surgery was successful.
