★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. This Doctor was about to kill my wife. First she said normal delivery will be done then at the end moment she said normal delivery is not possible and we don't have tools and equipment to do operation. Finally she referred to Patna. But we didn't go there, a relative of my wife said another hospital( Sunilam Hospital) is there which handal only emergency cases. Coincidentally the doctor was there in that hospital who does operation, checked my wife condition and immediately told within few minutes that you are having only 45 minutes to do operation or else mother and baby will be dead. That moment we were shocked and our minds were not working. Finally se did the operation and my wife and my baby both are fine now.
My suggestion is not go to this Rungta hospital for any delivery cases if you love your wife and baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very useless experience because I got my sister-in-law treated there for 9 months and then when the delivery date came, there was neither a doctor nor anyone who could deliver them...
I suggest you don't go to any type of medical case..

But some of the staff was realy very bad.
i was go there with our wife.
And there one of the staff. who is setting in front of the gate in first floor.
i don't know his name. He is very rude and he is talking wth me very badly.
rest staff is realy good.
I will suggest you please keep good staff.
And take correct action on that person.

Dr. Rungta is worst Gynecologist in Arrah.
She mostly do operation during delivery for own comfort.
She rejects own patients at last moment.
She only waste your time and money.
So be careful and don't go to Dr. Rungta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Dr that I have ever seen in my entire life. The staff and management is useless they treat patients as animals and the nurce there is very illiterate. It seems like they all are uneducated and cheap people. I was scared to go for checkup also because of their behaviour and the discomfort they cause to the patient. They treat patients like prisoners and treatment given there is like punishment.They forced me for operation at the end and the whole pregnancy time they said it will b normal delivery and everything is fine but at last they showed there true colours to get money and started manipulating and forced for operation and to get addimited there they are selfish and cheap people hate them .
