β β β β β Pathetic way of dealing with patients and uneducated staff at counter and gate.
They dont know how to behave and speak to patients. Reaching a doctor should be easier and if not due to more no of patients then one should get a clear guidance but they are just bluffing as the contact no which is given to get number to show the doctor is never accessible and when I went to the clinic they told to come at 02:30 in morning to get the number. This is really pathetic and just a way of showing importance as if they are equivalent to God.
This kind of appch only trouble the patients.
If a doctor is famous he should remain down to earth and makes sure that patients coming to them are at least spoken with courtsey if the treatment is not happening..
The guy on counter is just busy in counting the money and not even replying to any question and saying if have any issues go speak to doctor.
Never expected such kind of response from a hospital of such a famous doctor.
Treatment and all is ok but basic humanity and courtsey should not be left.

β β β β β No doubt he is the best doctor......but he is very rude and didn't give much time to patient for explaining his/her problems and talking very rudely..... I didn't like his way of seeing patients, treating them and there are many things he needs to improve......
I never see such an arrogant doctor.....a doctor should must be humble and polite not so aggressive......overall he is a good Doctor....

You are troubling the patients and nothing else
Your rules 10-11 always number is busy or not in use.
There are many good Doctor but they do not this. Is this a new way of advertisement and troubling patient and getting benefit of their condition. Dr. Usha gupta one the best Doctor of varanasi is more renowned than you but we can easily approach her and last I living in varanasi for 4 years but never heard about you.
I am writing this so that you can make some change

They need to improve this appointment service and use some other methods also to book and appointment.
We went to clinic for appointment but they denied providing appointment. Very rude behaviour of the staff.
