Dr SN lal sir is a good doctor... My experience with him was great... He is very nice dr... Best for ENT my personal experience was great... I must recommend him for any ENT related issues...

One of the best doctor I have ever met, so down to earth and explained the treatment so well. Very very rare to meet such good human being. I would recommend him for the people who require best treatment. At the time of corona online consultation are fabulous.

Last year in the month of May I visited this clinic. Although I am grateful to the doctor that he consulted me but he was fully unprofessional. He simply checked my tonsils with a torch and didn't even give me any proper explanation on that.By the way I was suffering from allergic rhinitis and he prescribed me unnecessary antibiotics injection that too of 500mg twice a day and there were other meds.Overall my per day intake was around 2000mg including every meds. This went on for a week. When my conditions didn't improve I tried to meet that doctor but his daughter she totally rejected that and on sharing my problems with her she started arguing and told me that you will have to take more meds for around 20 days . In one week my total expenses were around 5000.Then I finally decided to meet another ENT specialist.I am not promoting him but I am telling u all the exact things.I consulted Dr Harsh, and he listened to me properly for half an hour, and then he diagnosed my disease and he made me clear that no doctor is going to cure your allergic problem.And he gave a simple nasal drop and montelukast tab and a gargle liquid. And for the past 1 year I am fine. Although I do have allergic symptom sometimes but I am ok. By the way what was hilarious was the fact that when I went to Dr harsh he simply refused to take a look at SN Lal's Prescription saying that he is well aware of what SN Lal is doing in this pandemic, looting innocent ones. Note: If somebody thinks that I am promoting Dr Harsh then for them, till now I haven't rated him in google because good things don't need publicity and I am giving my feedback here for those innocent people who simply google it and make up their mind to visit this fraud doctor. Unfortunately google doesn't have minus rating..

Dr. S. N. Lal clinic is incredible. Not only have they taken great care of our health, but also S. N. Lal sir and her daughter is lovely to speak with at every single time. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

The clinic is operating just for money, they will charge you Rs. 800 for 2-3 minutes of consultation and prescribe lots of expensive medicines, they will reiterate to buy medicines from some particular medical stores. The clinic is old and dirty, it is not well equipped. You'll feel like you have gone 25 years back in time. I felt grossed when he put the same old metallic tongue depressor on my mouth ( I'm sure he has been using this since ages), he could have just used the disposable ones during this Corona time. I have been living in Bangalore and just came to Ranchi for few days, even good doctors in Bangalore with all the latest equipments do not charge this much. Also the medicines prescribed by the doctor are too expensive. One pathetic thing that I noticed while going through the reviews after coming back home from consultation was that he has been replying very rudely to all the negative reviews provided by the patients and just stating that the patient is not registered with them. So, let me just clarify that they do not register you in the first place. As soon as I get there, the doctor came and immediately asked for Rs. 800 without 'registration' and then only he started his '3' minutes consultation. Since the consultation fee is comparatively high for a small city like Ranchi, I would suggest people to visit a doctor who atleast has a well equipped and clean clinic. They just charge you fee without upgrading their facilities. Edit : No wonder they can't take any genuine feedbacks from the patients. They do not forget to blame the patients if someone leaves 'not so good feedback' for them. So, there is no scope of 'improvement' in the future. Also, it's not about having a 'fancy' clinic as stated by clinic in the reply, it is about having a basic, clean and equipped facilities provided to the patients which was lacking here in this clinic. It's so unhygienic and dirty that you'll get infected by some other disease. Please do not visit this old, dirty, unhygienic clinic which is operating just for pity money. To my honest feedback, I got a reply from the clinic that "If you want to go to modern equipment store, you can visit a nearby shopping mall". This reply itself is so foolish and stupid that I can't even believe that they are actually operating a clinic. It's pathetic and shameful that they are so ignorant and rude to the patients. Also, it's high time they should visit a nearby mall to get the latest medical equipments instead of babbling anything to a patient's genuine feedback.

The replies I am seeing from owner on different reviews, itself tells what kind of behaviour you expect there. I thought of going to the clinic but replies from the owner changed my mind..and the owner themselves don't understand the criticality of sharing patient's health conditions publically. They are not concern about your privacy. Thank God I read the replies from owner and decided to not visit the place.

Best ENT Surgeon in Ranchi. He is humble and able to treat most of the lesion non-operatively. He is indeed most experienced ENT Surgeon in Ranchi.
