Visited him after looking at such a high rating on Google (which I now think is probably fabricated). I was facing repeated giddiness and balance issue because of an ear problem for the past several weeks. After checking in multiple ways, he simply said you don't have a problem because my symptoms were not fitting into his understanding of how the symptoms should have been. He also said that my problem is a figment of my imagination which was extremely insensitive to say. I then referred to two other ENT specialists in NCR and they could figure out what my problem was after a few tests. He has a lot of gadgets but not sure of his capability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing experience on very first visit as I had sought a Prior Appointment today (on date 023 March 2022) at 5.30 PM but on reaching the Clinic I was told at Reception that Doctor will be avilable after more than 1 hour later & mentioned that I should have called before coming as if it was not their duty to inform about Re-Schedullung or Cancellation of Appointment. Mere waste of my time.
