β β β β β I was diagnosed with high sugar a count of 178 in 2009, In normal circumstances any doctor would have suggested an HBA1C or a diet plan before starting Metformin. I was immediately given medication. I was 30 then.
I started realising that mornings were dull and difficulty in starting, he started flunil( prozac)
What I understood is after changing the doctor my life became active, my sugar control was through natural remedies.
Now after looking back at those 10 years I believe I would have never needed medication if I would have been given a proper diet plan.
Do your research through various sources before starting any medication.
Now my HBA1C is 5 after a planned keto diet but im still on medication because itβs been 10 yrs now
I wouldnβt recommend this doctor at all
