★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Basu is a very well mannered kind hearted doctor.He is also a very good doctor.He saw my relative who was suffering from pancreatic problem for long time. My uncle got better after visiting him very quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He is polite but doesnt give enough time and never responds to followup calls or messages. To ask him a simple question one must land up at his chamber and pay 600. He is also the only gastro doc who has never prescribed a stool test which is very odd. His medicines dont work to cure gastric probs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He's such an irresponsible and worst doctor I have ever seen and not only one time I have experienced it ,I met him twice bcoz at that I din't have othe option , I must say he's as per the feedback I found about him is that hesh only money minded , irresponsible , always busy in his phone while patient is infront of him. Please take care and don't prefer him.
Visiting him is a waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most pathetic doctors I have seen, very egoistic, money-minded, does not listen properly to the patient's difficulties and issues, does not even touch the patient. He is busy with writing prescriptions without checking the patient properly. Do not even think about seeing him, complete waste of time, money and energy.
