★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't know how to talk to a person, the reception doesn't even care their patients. They are so rude. Paying so much for the operation and their attitude is next level. My mother had a knee operation in November, till now she is facing so much pain. Whenever i come for the doctor chamber they first take 800 like they are doing a favour on us. Seriously paying soo much for the operation and now paying 800 continuously for the doctor visit. What will we say.. no value for human life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother was suffering from osteoarthritis since 2010..however in 2021 when conditions became worse , we consulted with Dr. Santosh Kumar. She was advised to undergo both knee replacement. In September 2021 she underwent both knee replacements together. In about a week she was being able to walk with the help of Walker. We shall remain indebted to Dr. Santosh Kumar as well as his team..for boosting our confidence, helping us with their valuable opinions whenever we needed. Thank you so much Doctor for giving my mother a new life.

My mother was suffering from osteoarthritis of both knees for quite some time. We approached Dr. Santosh Kumar based on our previous experience with him, when he operated on my mother-in-law in the year 2015 for the same issue of Osteoarthritis of both knees. My mother-in-law is now completely pain free and her mobility is back. For my mother, it has been almost a month since her knee replacement surgery and she is recovering well.
Positives-
1. Dr. Santosh Kumar will try to do both knee replacements together if it is required, and if the patient is willing, this will help in reducing the hospital stay and cost.
2. He explains the condition, investigations, line of treatment well.
3. He and his assistants are always available over the phone or WhatsApp. I have been able to reach the Dr. Santosh Kumar whenever I needed him to review the test reports (both pre and post operation) and suggest any medicine.
Improvement areas-
The behaviour of his assistants who manage the appointments in hospital or who pick up the phone can improve. They sometimes do not answer properly, which I understand could be because of the huge number of patients that they need to manage and cater to. For patients and their families, a little amount of empathy can go a long way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself being a doctor, I am sharing my experience. I donot recommend at all.
I went for Unilateral Total knee replacement of my father. He got admitted in Belle Vue and got operated. After OT, Dr. Santosh Kumar never came a single time to see the patient. Another doctor was coming everyday and seeing my father and he writes everyday in the file as, case seen by Dr. Santosh Kumar. This is a serious medicolegal issue. Everyday someone else is seeing my patient and giving file note impersonating Dr. Santosh Kumar.
Secondly, when you ask Dr. Santosh Kumar about the wound condition, he says wound is fine, while the truth is he has never visited the patient even once post OT. This is another serious offence.
Thirdly, the dressing and stitch cutting post Operation are done by non medical person. Even in govt hospitals, stitch cutting and dressing are done by doctors. Here non medical people do the dressing. And they charge Rs 500 extra, but they donot give any bill for that.
This are just great things which happen. Other pts donot understand and hence cannot raise their voice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr Santosh Kumar and his team for excellent bilateral total knee replacement of my sister and post operative care. She was operated on 18.01.2022 and discharged from hospital on 23.01.2022. She recovering very fast and without any pain.
The most important thing I would like to mention here is the behavior of Dr Santosh Kumar. Always ice cool, responds to patients and relatives each and every query within reasonable time. He even takes calls and in case he is not able to attend the call he rings back. Such doctors are very rare in the country these days. He is a man of word.
