This doctor was good once upon a time. Now he has become too careless and not able to manage the decorum of the hospital. We all got infected with Covid, during a recent visit to this hospital.

Went there for MRI Scan during COVID-19 Lockdown period. Staff is taking all precautionary measures properly. MRI Machine was well maintained, entire centre was clean and technician was good too. Overall experiance was good and hassle free.

Extremely disappointing experience at Criticare. Worst is we got a reference to the client. The doctor is careless and does not value time. We were given an appointment of 1pm and were told to be on time. When we reached, we were told the doctor has gone for rounds and will take an hour. When enquires why am appointment was given knowing fully well that doctor will be on rounds then no explanation was given and we were kept waiting for almost 1.5hours. Then doctor came and again went out saying that he will return in 10 mins. Post that he came back after 1hr and our consultation lasted 5 minutes. Furthermore no clarity is given on why few tests were suggested and what is the expectation from the test. Overall not a good experience

The doctor was very professional. My cousin was suffering from epilepsy when we almost ran out of options someone suggested us to visit this particular doctor. After frequent visits and medications provided by this doctor his symptoms have toned down and his health has improved drastically.

Overall a very bad experience at the hospital. The doctor himself is a very careless person and consultation with him means a 30 sec conversation at rounds where he will not even check the patient properly (will take 2000β‚Ή per day for the same). The doctor and the staff have zero patient sensitivity. Your questions as a patient will not even be answered and you will go home with all your queries and doubts. The staff is very rude and the nurses maintain very little or no hygiene. Infrastructure and patient facility is bare minimum for a hospital. For a private hospital and their charges, you will get services poorer than a civil one. The discharge process will take a whole day even if the doctor has approved it a day before and then they will charge you for that day as well. The worst part is they charge every patient per day with 4 PPE kits but the nursing staff will not even change their gloves after tending to a patient. Straight up taking advantage of patient's vulnerability.

Dr. Santosh Rathi is by far the WORST doctor I've come across, both knowledge-wise and behavior-wise, and I'm speaking from experience. Absolutely no sense of responsibility towards patients and no mannerisms to talk to the patients and their family. He is just there to do business and does not care about his patients, all he cares about is to increase the duration of stay per patient. The staff is no different, very rude and unempathetic. Never once did we get a proper response to our queries, neither by the doctor nor by the staff. It is easy to get inside the hospital but very difficult to get out, this (barely a) doctor will always find reasons to make you stay. The incompetence of the doctor is so much that he kept giving my mom (patient and victim) a wrong injection that increased her blood sugar levels in response to which the clever nurses put my mom on insulin doses. My mom does not and has NEVER had sugar related issues, it was purely induced by the incompetence of the so-called Neurologist and his very smart staff. Apparently everyone studied from the same university. Very unhygienic interior and ambience, filthy bed accessories and barely any space in the common area to move around. The lack of space and hygiene factor is very compatible for the unforeseen spread of diseases. For a private hospital that charges all the extra fees, it is way worse than a public facility. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS HOSPITAL AND THE DOCTOR. Save you time and money and visit a legitimate Neurologist.

Pathetic service in this pendamic situation there no precautions taken we took 3 o'clock appointment waited till 5 o'clock still no sign of doc. Just for name sake there is senitizer at door which contain 80% water. So much crowded and on top it's over priced taking 1500 for God knows why. This was my first and the last visit to this hospital still waiting for doctor to address.
