★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally a pathetic experience. If I had option to rate it as zero I could have done it immediately.
I am not sure how he treats because we went there for my mom's treatment as she has ear pain since few days. He doesn't pay any attention to what patient tells. Within a week my mom went to him 3 times and everytime he changed his statements.
He asked us to get X ray done and report clearly had some issues but he did not pay any attention and told that everything is alright. When we asked some questions about report again n again then he looked at report several times And then giving answer like i didn't look at it fully so I didn't. He wasn't even sorry for his negligence. Even my mom is saying she has pain and he is saying that no no u r ok from my side.. all treatment is done.
