I was ill with high fever and a very bad throat and cold and was to visit this doctor for the first time after reading reviews on google. However, I was not aware that this would provide to be a wrong decision for me eventually wasting a lot of my time with no results. Despite of calling the clinic since 9.30 or 10 AM to inquire about the timings and appointment system, I could not get through on call. It either kept ringing and nobody answered or it kept coming busy. Eventually in the heavy rains I reached the clinic at 11.30 AM. I was coming from Mira Road. I was told that he wont see more patients.
If they give limited tokens, why the hell doesn't he or anyone responsible in the clinic answer calls to respond to patients coming from far off?
Moreover, even for the evening, I was refused to be given a token. The assistant was very rude in responding.
Will never ever consider going here. There are many other doctors available who are much more professional and at least respond to repeated phone calls.
Don't recommend anyone to visit here specially if they are very ill and need immediate care.
