★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall Very Bad experience with Doctor and facilities at premises.
1.) Very much in-experienced Support Staff.
2.) Dr Sharmila single handedly manages each and every case regarding patient, For night specially in emergency situation there is no doctor available to attend the patient.
3.) Every time during routine check-up, she did excessive tests and never gave any clarity on test reports. Don't know whether they were for patient's well-being or for money-making.
4.) Doctor was not much confident about the foetus growth and survival even after doing so much advanced USG even that too many times. Finally in our case foetus expired in the womb itself.
5.) Highly expensive tests were done of the foetus and still after the reports she had no conclusion of what exactly happened and why. She only had answers for general cases but no clarity for complications occured in our case.
6.) The worst experience which we faced was that delivery happened in general ward itself and there was no doctor to handle the patient in mid-night and the support staff was not at all quick responsive to take an action and call doctor on time.
Overall, I would say if anyone wants to drain their hard-earned money go for the doctor.
