★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very good and reasonable doctor. when i went to apollo delhi for my ear treatment Dr Amit kishor,Director of ENT at apollo told me that Mr shashi Ranjan is a very good doctor but a long que is there for surgery.
my sugessation is that he should provide a emergency services of surgery and should charge higher fees even may be double that person can take treatment here, otherwise persons like me to go to delhi and other places

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my son's eardrum hole operated of both ears on an interval of 4 years. Both of the ears are good now. The treatment of doctor is excellent. He has kept the fee genuine. All the staffs are very supportive.

Dear management plz ask your staff to to talk in a polite way , and plz apne callers ko ulta jawab mat do , I understand may be you guys are picking so many calls so you could be frastrated but at the same time you also will have to understand that you guys are getting paid for what you are doing & you are not getting paid for hurt your callers????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is very good but it's management is the worst. In my last so many years of experience it's management is the worst of all.But doctor is very good that's why we have our majboori to treat here. I guess Dr Shashi Ranjan is not aware of its own management.
