★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had rich experience at Dr Shobhana's HANS SKIN CLINIC. It is all clean & tidy space and Covid norms are adhered to at all hours. The reception staff gesture is warm with patients irrespective of whether it is on-call or in-person communication.
Speaking about doctor, unlike her peers elsewhere in city, she is exceptionally composed and ensures amicable space for patients to speak out about their condition. She then accordingly customize the treatment. Her understanding and explanation of patients' condition rests entirely in science and she manages to put across the recommendation in graspable manner.
Beyond the consultation, she is also ethically sound doctor who recommends only necessary medicines and charges moderate fee by market standard. During my PRP treatment, doctor was careful and steady with procedure for entire time. She devotes time to patients without hurrying.
I am overall happy with my PRP procedure at Shobhana ma'am clinic. Thank you for going above and beyond ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional behaviour, does not come on time mentioned on display boards. Also the medicines prescribed didn't work at all, and when asked she told to keep using the medicine.
I visited your centre near Aditya Vision Kankarbagh, you were late at that time, when prescribed medicines didn't work, i made a visit to your Vaishali Circle centre where i were asked to keep using the medicine despite of having any improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr shobhna jha might be a good consultant but not good professional.I booked an appointment over phone and it was confirmed at 11:AM. I reached her clinic at 10:50 AM today. Doctors sitting time was 11 AM To 02 AM. When I reached over there her staff confirmed that I was first to take consultation. He started sending others when doctor arrived. When I enquired doctor came outside and asked me that you will have to wait else you may take refund of consultation fess. While her time is precious others privileges of timing should be respected. I left her clinic without taking refund of my money as token of protest. You may visit doctor shobhna if you have ample time to wait I would suggest you should visit other consultants who are professional . You should visit a doctor who treat you with dignity.
