β β β β β I took the appointment for my mother over call, nd whosoever staff was there never informed that Dr will see the patient through vc despite the fact I myself double checked with him for the same.
Now today when my parents reached there they were informed that he will see the patient through vc. Sheer nonsense ?.
Please convey the fact, it is really unfair where the patient is leaving his/her home only with the fact that Dr will check the patient in personal.
Pandemic is for everyone keep that in mind.
