★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulted Dr Bansal at Better Me in Patel Nagar. Very good doctor. Heard and explored the entire problem in detail and then made his recommendation. The staff members are polite and efficient. The appointment started right on time (they have a prepayment policy and consultation is by appointment only) and we were given ample time (almost half and hour). We have been to 2 other top psychiatrists in Delhi in the past and we never felt so understood with them as we did here in the first meeting itself. Highly satisfied.

The day I ended up reading a answer on Quora which mentioned Dr. Swetank Bansal's excellent treatment, I feel there my journey of finding the "right doctor" for me, was over. 2 years later, now I am getting off my medications and almost completely healed from the deep psychological wounds I had. I 100% recommend him and writing this review only after I have experienced things. I can not emphasize enough on how good he is with what he does. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had an appointment with Dr. Bansal for anxiety issues and I must warn you that his smile and positivity are highly contagious. He is very knowledgeable and does not judge you. He gave me a positive prognosis and I feel very confident after talking to him. He does not prescribe unnecessary medications or therapy. He is the best psychiatrist I have consulted so far. I would also like to mention the process that is followed at Better me clinic. I initially spoke to a psychologist who gave in 1.5 hour and collected all the necessary information. My psychologist was Divyanshi, who was equally good. Dr. Bansal gets briefed by the psychologist before the appointment. I really like this process as it makes the patient feel satisfied that their case is thoroughly studied before the diagnosis. I would highly recommend Dr. Bansal and his clinic. Thank you Dr. Bansal and Divyanshi.
