My mom whose name is Vasantiben. She was admitted to the Civil Hospital 3 years ago due to shortness of breath, but even after being discharged from the hospital, the disease did not go away. Finally, two years ago, my mother's acquaintance and kind doctor( shri Dr.ketulbhai Saheb ) handed over my mother's file to you (Dr. Smit Patel). I am very happy to know that after two years of treatment they have to take only one tablet a day. Now my mom doesn't have to take a breathing pump or any other tablet. Now my mom does all the housework herself. Heavy water buckets are also lifted. She also goes to the market every day to buy vegetables. Now my mom is living a fairly healthy life. For which his son will always be indebted to you (Dr. Smit Patel Saheb).
