★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was compelled to give this clinic a 1 star as there is no option of giving 0 star. Hence, the rating!
My woes with this clinic began in March ‘2016 when I went to see the head of this clinic Dr Kohli for a consult regarding a lost filling. He told me that I needed a root canal filling as the tooth was beyond repair in the present state. I agreed to the same. Also mentioned to him that I am a US resident and hence, time is of the essence. He gave me a follow up appointment.
In my next appointment I was shuffled to his jr associate. Although I was not happy with it but was assured that Dr Kohli will be supervising my case. The lady dr started the treatment and it took a couple of weeks to get the treatment completed. A simple root canal! However, the real problem started when the time came for capping. The fit was not right. She kept filing my molar and by the end of it I hardly had a molar but she still could not achieve the fit.
I then saw Dr Kohli who again passed me on to another associate. He tried as best as he could. In the end neither was the fit perfect and plus I was never able to chew from that side as there was a strange sensitivity to that molar.
Today, on 14th feb 2018; while drinking water; the cap just fell off. All this after spending thousands of rupees on just a simple root canal and capping and the result is a crappy job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited Dr. Kohli on two occasions and honestly, it's very rare to find doctors who are so warm and welcoming to their patients these days. He was very friendly and he indulged me in all my complaints. It really made me feel more comfortable and open up about my fears regarding the symptoms I was presenting. Moreover, the treatment was quite satisfactory. On my third visit, I was referred to Dr. Salil Kochar, who was nice and seemed like he really cared for his patients.
I also find the consultation fees and treatment cost to be quite reasonable for a clinic in South Delhi, where most other doctors and clinics charge nearly double the rate here.
