★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This time, My experience with Dr Basu in 2020 is quite different than what I had in 2011.
This time I found his treatment, behaviour degrading. I am not an expert, but couldn't find the healing touch. He even looked uninterested. I refered him to one of my friends, who is looking for a bit mental peace in the world of frustrations, but she became more frustrated after the visit.
Whatever may be the reasons, Dr Basu have failed to understand and show the specialization for what he was know.
