★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the clinic is very shabby, the plaster on the wall is coming out. The place looks so sad, dark and even had mosquitoes. Secondly I was not at all satisfied with the way doctor treated the case. He never told us what was the reason of the sickness neither told us why he is prescribing the tests neither the side effects of medicine. This is not the way to treat your patients. Thirdly while discussing the health care system of other countries the doctor said we Indians are very superior to westerners in every aspect. I am sorry but this is a very racist statement..and highly unacceptable. On one hand you say that you are very superior on the other hand the guy who was collecting blood was not even wearing gloves!! Are these your superior standards sir? When I asked that guy to wear gloves while drawing the blood from the vein...he said "sir hum to ayse hi nikalte the Dr. Lal labs mein bhi". I mean that is such a pathetic excuse for not using gloves. When I reminded him that this is a basics of infection control..he reluctantly used gloves.. but plastic ones which our dear gol gappa wala uses. So so so pathetic. I am sorry I spent 1800 bucks on the visit (500 fee+ 960 for test+ 440 on medicines) no value for money.
