★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very arrogant and pathetic to talk to. She always argues about the appointment even when its an emergency. Anyways, doctor is good and hence a 3 star star rating.
Please improve the service outside the doctor's cabin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good , but the receptionist is pathetic woman . Keeps on arguing and making personal comments . She might be the reason for increased b.p. of patients too in some cases . I wish the doctor takes care about this too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic staff! Doctor's clinic is in garage and when visited to clinic, staff told me to take appointment before two days. I asked what about emergency? Staff responded arrogantly. I am sure if you want to charge high fees then you must have mannerism to talk properly and politely.

It was a long journey of 1.5 months and i was on venti / icu.
He is polite and gives confidence to help you fight illness.
Will always be thankfull to dr Mundle and his team at shashwat hospital.
