DR SUHASINI HOSPITAL - Bengaluru

I can say my wife got second life with her right treatment in right time. I spent lot of money in other hospitals, but couldn't find the problem. Here she identified the problem quickly and acted proactive.

I am writing this out of severe pain and sadness. Please don't go to this hospital. I had been to Dr Suhasini Akash as I experienced sudden pain in my lower stomach. Earlier I was diagnosed with PCOS and 4mm kidney stone. She didn't even bother to open the ultrasound scanned report to check when it was scanned and how thick the stone is. I had informed her that i was taking few medicines before prescribed by another doctor and she said nothing but nodded her head. When I went to the hospital for stomach ache she suddenly put drips and explain us nothing. She had put lot of antibiotics in drips and gave some Himalaya medicine for kidney stone. She would talk to multiple people while treating one particular patient. And we would ask her some suggestions she would carelessly give some advice and leave in between. She doesn't even remember what she has told in last visit. After drips I my body experienced severe cold and left side of my face had become numb. There was no movement in left side of my face literally. I went to her immediately when I faced this issue. She asked me to stop taking all medicines and didn't even recognize that I am affected with Bell's palsy. She gave me Bcomplex tablet and sent. If she had told us that it was Bell's palsy and I have to rush to an ENT specialist immediately, with the help of steroids I would have recovered soon (if the steroids were given within 4-5 of onset). We pay her consultation fee and she takes breaks and talks to many people while she should be treating us. I have never seen such an Ill-mannered doctor in my entire life. Half of my face is now temporarily paralysed because of her careless treatment. My time and lot of money got wasted. I got treatment from good doctor and now I am paying lot of money for physiotherapy of my face. She just traps people and wants more money. She herself creates issues with our health and gives treatment for that so patient becomes completely dependent on her. There have been rumors that she has treated a pregnant lady carelessly and has given unnecessary injections to her. Her condition is very critical like me and they're about to sue her. She deserves this! She shouldn't be spared. I am a very common woman and I don't have so much guts to take action against her or give a police complaint. That's why I'm posting my problem here so that people will understand. If you're really wise, please take this as piece of advice and don't go to this hospital.

Respected all Recently in the middle of the night when my wife had sever pain abdomen with 3months pregnancy, when I couldn't find a gynecologist available , I called Dr suhasini mam and was happy by her response and got immediate attention, She is available 24 ×7 and stays in the hospital building even the charges are very reasonable and Treatment was good , as she stays by the patient side till morning, after seeing some review I was reluctant to visit but at the end I was personally convinced and happy yours SHANKER NARAYAN KENGERI

Visited after reading some positive reviews. This doctor doesn’t have manners or basic soft skills in talking to ppl. More over she prescribed some tests and tablets and didn’t even bother to answer on when to take tablets and Wer to get the tests done. She stood up and was looking at wall. Wat a joker!!!!

Our experience with this hospital and doctor has been good. As against what we suffered in BGS, kengeri, This is top-notch. The fees are comparatively less. The sisters & brothers took great care of my wife. They were awake all night and arrived just at a call.

I had got my wife to the hospital and waited for more than 3 hrs to see the doctor while my wife was suffering from weakness and uneasiness. The front office executive, nurses and receptionist are highly careless and Don bother to provide information, the nurses here Don seen to have basic nursing and attending knowledge. They do not provide information on when the doctor will arrive, they have the common scripted answer that doc will come, be seated , no matter how I'll, uneasy and critical you are they just don't bother, DON'T go just cos the money is relatively less compared to other hospitals, I know money matters but not at the cost of you and your loved ones. Doctor's aim is to attend to the patients with utmost care and give attention to details and not just sit back relax and get engaged with other stuff not bothering to understand or acknowledge to the patients issue. The doctor has an extremely laid back attitude and she often only goes by her thoughts. She doesn't go through previous reports or prescriptions nor is she concerned about the history of your problem or medication. She is preoccupied with some talk or phone while treating and I doubt whether she knows wat medicine she is prescribing too. Highly careless attitude and doctor seems to be suffering herself with memory issues cos she messes up with medicine and jumbles the reports and other patients history.

This is one of the worst hospitals i have ever done..I visited this hospital to get an NST done as it was near to my home... Sanitization is not at all a thing to these people.. Employees dont even wear mask and they dont social distancing in the dictionary..The hospital is so untidy..Apart from these issues Nst test itself wasnt conducted properly....Please dont visit this hospital by any chance

It was very worst experience I ever seen and staffing is very unprofacianal and don't care on patients and doctor only look for Money ,never check the pationts. And I had decided to take my wife for pregnancy check ,if any one have pregnancy don't go there you will loose mother and baby .
