★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undoubtedly Dr. Sumit is very experience but some members of his team specially OT staffs of a hospital are not much knowledge about preparation of patient, scrubbing (for me gallbladder Stone operation), bandaging after stitching etc. Different hospital different worker, so don't concentrate on that and take advice from Dr. Sumit. He is excellent.
