★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting part is very bad irrespective of the fact that you have a prior appointment or not you need to wait which may take a minimum of 30 mins to a maximum of 90 mins.
Another major Disadvantage is they are unavailable on Saturday and Sunday so if it's an emergency you are on your own on these days.
Finally if you consult any other doctors on these two days due to the fact that the clinic will be closed, The doctor will not allow you to consult her anymore for consulting someone else in her absence.
Lastly the doctor specializes in treating cold and cough and fever well and other minor ailments not major ones.

The waiting part in the Q it's not that bad. She does have a long one of patients. But the medicine is worth the wait.

She is now a family doctor for me, kids, in-laws and parents. We fall sick very rarely. From normal cold, cough to chronic ailments like diabetes and hypothyroidism we take medicines from Dr.Sumana Shivaram. She is very caring, understanding and patient with us. Answers all our queries and addresses concerns.
