I am suffering from throat infection and wanted to meet Dr. Sunil Gadkari on urgent basis, however your team simply refused to take my appointment. I waited for almost 1 hour but simply refused by Doctors team and asked not to visit again.
This is how you treat patient who is in really need of your service. I was asked to visit my family doctor and not to come here. Here, I was looking for someone who was ENT specialist but the way I was treated it is simply not acceptable.
I would strongly condemn this act.
