The facility is quite tidy though crowded but waiting area is comfortable.
Junior doctor was well mannered & good at his job.
Dr. Sunil Shah gave us sufficient time and was not trying to rush for next patient.
They asked us to take some eye drops for a better dialysis to get accurate result and provided us medicine, space and retest without extra charges.
Overall it was good to see them taking extra step for better dialysis of the issue.

I hate to revise my review but the experience of my second visit motivated me to add below experience too.
I came to the hospital with eye injury but have been sitting outside doctors cabin for almost 40 minutes now with 5 more patients just because doctor is busy talking to so known people one of them whom I believe is a future would be doctor.
Is it right to keep your patient waiting just because u want to have some gossip during ur consultancy hours.. I don't approve it. Patients pay fees for ur time and u should attend them in priority as they have kept aside their work to meet u just because they r having some problem. So its moral responsibility of doctor to attend patient first.. Few minutes break is fine but such long chats with refreshments being served is not good.

Dr. Shah, gave very clear questions and instructions during the eye exam, he took the time to explain everything he was doing for the examination, he never rush, he took his time to explain. I was very pleased with the office, everything was clean and bright. I highly recommend Dr. Sunil Shah , his staff and counselor. They all were awesome!.
