★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience. Still shocked. Doctor behaved unprofessionally & seriously jeopardised medical safety of patient in anger.
They did not have ice packs & cooled gel ready for Laser procedure app on booked in advance. The doctor started yelling loudly - when I said it was burning the skin & was painful & hurting without the ice & gel. It was not the first time I was getting it done & knew the protocol & intensity of pain.
She continued the procedure mumbling mid conversation even when I was talking to her without wearing mandatory eyes goggles which I had removed to talk to her .
When I asked her to stop immediately pointing out that I was still sitting talking to her & not wearing the goggles, she threw the probe & walked away yelling forget apologising. Can never imagine a doctor behaving like this!
Serious lapse as performing a laser procedure without the patient wearing safety goggles can seriously damage retina & eye sight.
