★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor prescribed me medication and asked me to get tested for covid and when I tested positive (and my family) he refused to even see my report. His assistant said he won't be meeting covid patients at all. I begged him if he could come outside of clinic for two minutes just to look at my report but he refused. Said he will talk to me later, but stopped lifting my phone. Worst is over for us and Me and my family are fine now, thanks to kind doctors and staff at Yashoda and another nearby facility where my mom was admitted for covid. I will be forever indebted to them and other health care worker who are risking their own life treating covid patients. God bless them and their loved ones. Having said that, I also wish all the best to this doctor. He is fully entitled for not taking appointments if he doesn't want to.

Edit (After response from doc)
1. I see that response from doc attempts to invalidate my experience. I have the presciption, medicine from his store, test reports, call logs (including my miss calls to his assistent which he never picked up after I told him that I am infected) and the call recording pleading his assistent. If he wants I can produce here or via any anonymous medium. I would send him personally but I prefer not to be identified for obvious reasons.
Before invalidating someone's experience, maybe he need some self reflection and maybe talk to his assistent (male assistent).
2. I see that doc is not happy by my review. I have no problem in deleting the review, if asked, with or without above mentioned "self reflection".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good. He listens carefully and understands the problem . But supporting staff is very bad especially the person who takes appointments. His phone is always not reachable and one has to visit the clinic to book the appointment. Last week I was not well and I have to visit clinic to book appointments. I have highlighted this to that person but Bus response was casual. I would request Doctor to please work on appointment management and please hire some qualified support staff.
