Best service All nursing staff is very good

Looking at comments, doctor has no professionalism , how to even address the concern. He has used so unprofessional words to showcase the concern and also staff put the comments from so many of fake names to just increase the rating. Really so much unprofessionalism.

Worst hospital in Muzaffarpur for babies. Do not trust .

My child was admitted to a hospital in Muzaffarpur, which was referred to Patna and was told that there is no facility which is there in Patna, but the man of my acquaintance told me about Dr. Tej Narayan to be admitted here. I got admitted to them and after a few days my baby got better. I was surprised to see the arrangement that Dr. Tej Narayan had here. They had the system which was not there anywhere in Muzaffarpur. I would like to thank Dr Tej Narayan wholeheartedly for this.

My child was admitted to the advance new born and paediatric critical care which was in very serious condition. We had given up hope that something good would happen. But I would like to thank the doctor and his other staff that today my child is going home after recovering completely. Thank you so much!

Some one has posted a negative review just because of not discharged the child because the child had other complications. We checked this by visiting the hospital and found that there was nothing bad nor bad behaviour from doctor end. He is good in his treatment. Dr. Tej Narayan is very gentle and experienced child specialist. You can trust, because he has advanced level of NICU to protect your child.

Worst and fake hospital in Bihar. They do anything for money. Good rating given by themselves, their staff members and their relatives. So don't trust, if you want to save your baby's life.

My child was admitted to Dr. Tej Narayan Hospital on 15th Oct , 2021 Friday late night around 11 pm. The issue was , my child had not pee with in 24 hrs after the birth which was indeed according to doctor diagnosis. After admission in NICU, doctor said your child is healthy, there is no critical concerns to worry about. Dr. Tej had consoled us to go home and there staff, nurses will take care of the required medication under his hospitality. Now problem arrises here, immediate next morning (16th Oct,2021 10am), doctor represented the whole diagnosis and he told child has respiratory distress and he is unfit for discharge , although the earlier issue was already resolved (baby peeing through diaper that night in regular time period). Doctor put child on CPAC machine and explained the whole report. On next day doctor was not present in the city due to some so called "emergency", after inquiry he was there only but he lied to us and he didn't meet us , whole day we did up & down, but staff lied continuously on guidance of Dr. Tej On that night , Dr. B.K. Bharti was there for the counselling and he just said Dr. Tej is here only , he didn't go anywhere. Hence, it proves that the doctor and staff was foolish us. Now today, we went to hospital to get full and final report as last day meeting with Mr. Tej was not done. We calmly ask doctor to tell us about the status, he started loosing his patience and misbehaved, absued us and shown his temper , however we have just asked why you were not there last without informing us. So concluding my conversation here 1. Dr. Tej Narayan has no etiquette, how to talk to people, patient's guardian. How to manage and respond to questions being asked. 2. He has no vocabulary in his dictionary , how to tell people in a simple language. Although he has done his MD from Pune University (D.Y Patil) 3. He tried to shown his background by saying that " Aap nhi jaante ho hum kon hai, gundai humare samne matt karna. 4. I have seem so many cases there , guardian of child are crying there to return their child back as they are not capable to pay the extreme amount of money. Because this hospital has no ethics, no humanity, they are just show casing and making the normal cases to critical one along with that scolding the relatives of baby. 5. No Corona protocols were followed in there hospitality, no one wearing mask, although the notice was there, "NO MASK , NO ENTRY" 6. After all this arguments, Dr. said we are going to discharge your baby anytime, that you baby back but only on your risk (LAMA) I would highly not recommending this hospital and Dr. Tej to consult further. If want to your child's life then please I'm requesting each of you to not go there, there are lots of other hospitals as well and good doctors. Signing Off!
