he clinic is absolutely brilliant and both the staff and the doctor are very friendly, along with maintaining excellent levels of hygiene and giving great service. Best dental hospital to visit in India.
smile indicates the sweetness of heart and calmness indicates the maturity of mind...... having both in challenging sitausion indicates campletness of mind " being human"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Started the treatment with Dr Thakkar in Jodhpur in 2007. I continued the treatment in Jaipur, but the doctor lost all interest once all payments were made.
I was harassed in a couple of appointments, where doctor just made fun of my teeth, and told me that multiple tooth could not be aligned. Apparently he was treating Aishwarya Rai, so his schedule was too busy for Jaipur. Exceptionally unprofessional.
The treatment was abandoned, with no explanation as to why the teeth were still not aligned. He just in one sitting removed my braces, and told me everything is good now, thinking I was plainly blind. The horrible way the braces were taken out, caused multiple problems in the later years, whereby multiple teeth had to be removed due to root-canal problems.
I went through a lot. Just don't pay the amount in a lump-sum. Also, they go back on their word all the time, so make sure you get everything in writing, and keep a payment plan till the end of the treatment.
Post-Review Response: Received a response asking why I didn't say anything for 15 years. To that, I would say that their was an attempt to seek redressal, but nothing was done at the moment, which led me to forget about this thing.
Further, to this, I would only state that the intention was to beware further patients when they are walking into the clinic. That they be beware of these business practices as well.
The damage is done to me already, and the offer of a free consultation now seems meaningless, just as what my entire experience was with the current organization. I just hope this makes the organization more conscientious, and not take this as an attempt on my part to harm their business. (If it does, I'm sorry, but I don't have any horse in this race).
I hope this answers the response from the owner, who was much more pro-active here than the weeks I spent on getting heard 15 years back. Please keep your free consultation with you, as it comes a little late and I have no need for it.

I came with severe pain but Dr.Thakkar took me out of turn looking at tears in my eyes.
In just one sitting he made me pain free.
It is a very neat & tidy hospital.
