Dr Urvashi Jha is more than competent to handle any kind of gynaecology problems .ours was a mishandled case by another doctor and Dr Jha provided us with all help and did successful surgery to eliminate the concern. She is not only a good surgeon but also a gem of a person herself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is long pending to be precise ...16 years .. at age 22 I was diagnosed with endometriosis . I was referred to her for surgery by my doctor in mani pal .i underwent a laprascopic surgery at Apollo where she used to work taht time .. she performed the surgery . I had a 11 cm cyst on a 2 cm ovary . She just told me u might have fertility issues later in life . So have babies on time . By 32 I had 2 babies ..without any conceiving issues ..I even forgot I had endometriosis .. now 16 years later the cyst is back and I am in USA . And I saw a very well reputed doctor here . She saw my past reports and said who so ever did that surgery so many years back was a magician . She did a very good job in conserving ovarian tissue and such a job that next 16 years I never faced any problem . This thanks was long pending . Thanks again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is an experienced and skilled surgeon. I went to her in lot of pain which other doctors could not diagnose - she diagnosed as Endometrosis in the first visit. Though I had to go through a lot of tests due to my case i feel that her approach is very logic based.
I had to finally go in for a surgery - and felt very confident in her hands.
Best thing is that she has a team based approach so we never faced issues in followups even when she was travelling.
She is best for complicated cases.

Whether it be a simple case or a complicated one, she doesn’t let the burden of it fall on the patient.
