The receptionist is horrific. Very rude and have no manners to talk to someone or revert them with their queries.
Never go there. It's waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was any option for negative star. Then I would rate this clinic as negative. Poor customer service, rude staff, don’t have any manners to talk to public. Never book this clinic for immigration medical exam. Please save your time and save yourself from embarrassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mannerless receptionist, she came 1 hour late, and then she was rude. Along with her there was a middle aged man who was uneducated and rude. They think they are someone who can influence your immigration case and then you should be okay with there rude and unprofessional behavior. You cannot ask them any question, you cannot explain them anything. No customer service, no professionalism, no facilities. In order to get tested for immigration purposes they send you to third party lab for xray (SUPER XRAY) and for blood test they send you to another thirdparty lab which is known as NATIONAL LABORATORIES. I would suggest please go to any other medical practitioner and save your time/money and dignity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, I went there for immigration medical exam and staff was very rude. Send you to 2 different labs which are in 2 different locations in city. Staff behaves like they are doing some big favor by doing what they are supposed to do. Receptionist doesnot know here role, I bet she knows customer service is the most important part of her position as a receptionist. She doesn’t want to answer any question, she doesn’t want to help. I believe she thinks she is even doing a big favor for doctor that she is working for him. I very humbly request you please don’t go to this place. Even if you go there and go through all this kind of things what will happen is your medical will not be uploaded for 1 month, I don’t know why. They took 1 month to upload medical to CIC. Which is obvious because they send people to two labs , then those labs send them back result on there time and then this medical practitioner uploads after they receive both the lab results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not believe bad reviews , sometimes people get hyper because everyone who comes here want to get Medical report in Seconds . Smooth Process, Doctor and staff behavior is very nice, we went here for Family PR Medical, If you face any problem like BP abnormal then Doctor recommends for ECG Otherwise Rs 2600 for adult, Rs 1600 for minor + at Super X ray Rs 700 and National Laboratory Rs 1200. Total 4500 Rs much cheaper than Apollo Hospital (6150 Rs). In Super X ray shop it takes time to get Xray due to Rush. Other places do not take time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was scared after reading the reviews. But when I reached there, I realized that there is nothing to worry about. Each and everything went smoothly and timely. Yes, a little improvement in professionalism is required by the staff. But, they are not bad. The doctor is very soft spoken and sensible. So, I would say nothing to worry. My experience went well there.
