★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars for an inappropriate behaviour by the assistant (Ms.Kanchan) who writes prescription.
In spite that the consultation charge mentioned in Justdial as INR 200, I was charged INR 300. There was no any notice where consultation charge was mentioned in the reception area.
further, Ms. kanchan wrote the prescription on a rough yellowish paper torn apart from an very old writing pad !!! ( Even a bill from kiranwala looks more authentic than what she provided) In spite that the proper prescription letter head was available which she used as a support pad.
when asked her why such vague prescription was given she was repeatedly arguing what was the issue and why do you want a proper prescription. After argument for some time she unwillingly wrote on the right prescription pad.
It was highly disappointing experience. I am confused if she was given such instruction or the Doctor is unaware of such behaviour of his staff.
