★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Vatsal Shah is very sincere n helpful doctor. He is available for his patients 24×7. I am really impressed with his dedication for work. He guided us very well during my son got corona positive. He also properly diagnose about my son's testis infection and treated well. Thanks a lot doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He come only for 2 hrs in evening. That too most days he is late. He has some standard 2-3 medicines he knows and gives. Beyond that he gets completely confused. He would ask u for so many blood, urine tests and x-rays from typical labs as he has settings. Also for bacterial infection, he will give viral medicine for 2 weeks and then say that the bacterial infection has gone too high and admit. He has his own rooms which needs to be filled. In morning hours if u go to his other sitting...and show to his senior dr. Pankaj at sydney hospital, he will make u pay again at his clinic. So 500 + 300 = 800! Instead of sharing medical knowledge about the infection and it cure, he will spend more time in chit chatting about stupid things to u. Does not even respect parents of the kid well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unprofessional attire towards the patients. We were not happy & satisfied with the consultation of Dr. Vatsal as he was busy on chatting while attending patient and many other patients are in queue. He did not asked us any question for the problem, like symptoms, from when it is happening, have we applied something or not etc. etc. In a nutshell, Dr. Vatsal seems to be a very unprofessional & irresponsible doctor, who doesn’t even check his patients properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a principal of pre-school. One of my nursery toddler suffered fits in classroom due to high fever. I immediately contacted Dr. Vatsal Shah. As our school is in Vejalpur area & his clinic a little far away, in Satellite area, Dr. Vatsal immediately guided me to a clinic close to our school as each passing minute was precious. Meanwhile, he advised his colleague doctor to rush to treat our student. He too arrived at the clinic and promptly treated the kid. He, indeed was the face of an angel ? . His prompt action, right decision, professional attitude yet very kind and caring approach helped the student in speedy recovery. It is truly said, Doctor is the second name of GOD. Thanks a zilllion, Dr. Vatsal Shah. My tiny toddlers are my heart beats. Heartfelt Thank You??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr vatsal shah is one of the most knowledgable doctor i have come across..he hardly gives any medicines when not needed. He has never given any antibiotics to my kid. My kid loves him like his friend. He is very ethical and very generous. Would recommend to all my friends and family . Infact i already do . The best ambassador of this noble profession. Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when i went to the doctor for my sister in lows baby boy. i really surprised as i never seen that type of kind hearted and joyfull doctor. he has always ready to answered all of our questions without getting annoyed and rushed and yes with smiley face only. so a big thanks to Doctor as well as his team for nicely welcoming our baby. highly recommend.
