Dr vidit khandelwal is a very nice doctor. I had jaundice in the beginning of 2018.i got very good treatment from Dr vidit khandelwal & I'm fully cured n satisfied by the treatment given to me. Now I'm taking sinusitis treatment from him.

Worst experience with khandelwal diagnostics Center Ujjain .They are not a professional doctors (Dr Neha Gupta and Dr Sameer Gupta).I am from Mumbai and never seen such kind of mess/disrespect of patients in my entire life. In urgency case i have to take treatment in ujjain of sonography but when i seen them to treat the patients , i am shocked.They are no followed any kind of system for patients attendant and accounting system. Only one technician, 2 doctors and 2 receptions.They charges of Rs.1200/- or may more from uneducated peoples for sonography. After giving time by them ,me and my wife went in center for sonography, i thought there will be a separate bed for women sonography but after seen internal pictures, there is no facility available for women, when i was asked to technician there is any curtain between bed and sonography machine,she said no that means there is no privacy of women.I am shocked and when i asked to doctor he simply return back my money that means he do'not want to me for treatment.Dr Neha and Dr Sameer Gupta created a scenes.There is no procedure and system for attending patients.They have lady Doctor but no giving attendance to lady patients and all the doctors and technicians are misbehaving with patients.They have no hygienic maintenance.They used bad words against us.we have seen many patients those are waiting more than 5 hours but not reply by the receptions staff.We have expected that doctor will help us but they have showed us real picture of healthcare industry in ujjain because if they misbehave with educated peoples then we can assume that will happen with uneducated peoples.unexpected event is happen with us. I am educated but still i suffered because of unprofessional doctor practicing.I am humbly request to all online advertisement, media,press,Indian Medical council,Healthcare Board,Healthcare Ministry and all other medical association work in Madhya Pradesh. Our Honorable Prime Minister Mr Narendar Modiji have started 'aayushman' for poor and needy peoples of India but after today's incident happen with me, i have seen the real picture of healthcare industry in Ujjain (Madhya Pradesh).
