★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 3rd grade chondromalacia patella on my left knee. I was not able to walk briskly, climb stairs and sit cross legged for more than a year and a half and it had become a chronic condition. I had undergone treatments with a couple of other physios before for a year without getting much results. My left leg muscle was totally wasted and no amount of exercise was building it, infact exercise was causing further damage and swelling to the knee. My doctor then recommended me to go to Dr Vikas. After examining the report and knees, he told me it would take a while to get results since the condition has become chronic. Initially, i went to his clinic for three days a week then 2 and now i go once in a week. After 5 months of treatment, my left knee has shown remarkable improvement. Muscles have started developing around knee.. Whenever problem developed in knee due to exercises, Dr vikas resolved it with his intervention which facilitating continous development of muscles without harming the knee structure. Flexibility of knee has remarkably improved. I can now sit cross legged without any pain and do complex yoga poses without any discomfort. Climbing stairs does not bother me at present. I am working with him on a plan to start running in another 2 weeks. He has a pleasant attitude and explains the rootcause and treatment plan in detail to his patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had an immensely satisfying experience with Dr. Vikas Gautam. He is so knowledgeable in his field and I have never come across a doctor who explains you the complexity of the problem in so much detail and its treatment. I had come to him with my knee and flat foot problem. I had consulted about 6 to 7 orthopedic doctors over the last 5-6 years. Almost all of them had mentioned that there is no cure for my foot pain and I will have to live with the pain for the rest of my life.. I was referred to Dr. Vikas and he has treated my chronic foot problem. With his treatment and excercise I have seen a considerable improvement in my foot pain. A senior doctor of a famous hospital had also mentioned that I may have to go a for knee replacement at an early age of 40 or so. But with the therapy that Dr Vikas gave, I have felt great relief in my knee pain as well and there is no need for a knee replacement.
Dr. Vikas comes across as a very patient listener to his patients and very politely n graciously answered a plethora of questions that we had. Thank you Dr. Vikas for all your help n treatment. God bless..
