★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Singla is one of the most humble and kind hearted doctors I’ve ever come across , I came to him in an urgency and he & his team attended to my extreme and excruciating pain immediately. He and his team helped me soo much in order to get the admission done aswell as the tests at Max Hospital , which wasn’t easy for me as I didn’t have any attendant or family member to help , his calm personality and jolly attitude really helps the patient to get through most of the most difficult times not only physically but psychologically, his empathetic nature is something I haven’t seen in a lot of doctors in these modern times. He treated my appendicitis in a very professional manner and also a comforting manner through my total stay at the hospital , his team and he himself regularly guided me as an Inpatient and later as a recovering outpatient, he has immense experience yet a very humble personality, a very rare combination to see in a doctor in today’s times , I really thank you from all my heart ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the time when every other doctor was making my wife to believe that your husband ( me) has a very serious ailment, only Doctor Vikas Singla ji kept assuring my wife after ERCP every time at Ganga Ram Hospital that you needn't to worry and everything will be alright. This helped my wife a lot in that tough time. He has always extended his full support to us only on humanitarian ground .We have very high regard for Dr Sahab .Any word for him will not be enough. I have been suffering from Achalasia Cardia since last two years, which i recently got to know by performing manometry test.
As was searching for the treatment and found about POEM, also watched your videos regarding the same. I am having a doubt that after POEM, will there not be any issue of GERD as we are simply opening the path for acid to come back. In Heller Myotomy, Fundoplication is done to stop that, but in this procedure it is not showing like that. Also, I want to know the chances of recurrence. Kindly help in this regard, I want to get the surgery in Max, Delhi. I work in Chhattisgarh, so I have to plan to come for surgery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I searched for the Best Gastroenterologists in Delhi, and Dr. Vikas name popped up in Google search.
I have been facing Gastro issues for quiet a long time, but the doctors I have consulted just give meds for few days and kind of work on a temporary solution but not on the permanent fix.
I expected Dr. Vikas to be a little different and will take me to the root cause and then take some action. But unfortunately it didn't happen with him.
I have visited him 3-4 times, but still I'm not clear for what he has treated me for. He didn't give me clarity on the problem.
Also my last visit was very disappointing. I was waiting for about 1.5 hrs when my no. came and then immediately after reaching doctor's cabin he left saying he will come in some time. We were waiting in his cabin and got to know from the staff that he has gone for a endoscopy procedure.
After a wait of around 20-25 mins the doctor came back and listened to me very briefly and asked to take the meds. He said it's nothing much just take the med for now and do some procedure. He didn't even mention in the prescription for how many days it has to be taken. He didn't look at my reports and explained them.
All I ask from doctors is to treat every patient with attention and sincerity to clear the doubts and inform him what impact is caused by which thing.
Doctors are angels on earth and what they do is the best human benefitting thing.
I will again to the hospital to and fro to again get some meds as my issue is still persisting. I'll talk to the doc itself now to get some more help

I had spent 130000 to diagnose for stomach pain and hurt burning acid . After a month there is no impact of medicines suggested by Dr. Vikas singla.
I got admitted for two days, irrelevant tests were performed and the cost of any test is 5 times than the cost in any accredited lab in delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Vikas Singla is my surgeon/Doctor for P.O.E.M. I had the most pleasant and affirmative experience with him. He gave me a great deal of time while consulting with me and made very clear the good and bad of the procedure he was about to perform. The post procedure follow ups have been on time and all the necessary help has been given. Although at the time of writing this review I have not completed 2 weeks after the procedure but it is safe to say that I feel very confident and very good about my health. The result seems to be what I was told to expect. I would recommend Dr. Vikas Singla for your gastro troubles.
Max as a hospital is very comfortable. Unlike most hospitals in India, MAX is very professional and they really take care of you. The nursing staff is alert. The discharge procedure is also not that painful. The only downside to this hospital is that the corridors are a little noisy which can be a little bit of a nuisance especially post procedure.
