★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst providers ever no one is interested to listen problem's they just ignore you. All staff are just lazy lieing don't receive your calls.They should look this problem to solve.My advice change all staff and bring active staff and managers

Internet speed is OK but if you are not getting service when it is down then it is useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. Staff is so arrogant and does not respond quickly. No internet for 2-3 days every month and need constant follow up. Even after follow ups there is no reply and no solution is provided. DON'T go for this service. Pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took broadband service from dream cables for 3 months. Due to pandaemic I am working remotely from home. At around 9.30pm my internet stopped working I called up all customer service number but all the numbers were switched off. Somehow I manage to get owner Mr Ajay Ahirekars number. I called him up i told him this is the issue my net is not working. He replied stating that he don't have anyone at the moment and told that he can't do anything. It was a very rude response from him. Will never recommend such a pathetic service provider to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As been reading all the reviews,Yes the badest broadband service provider I've been experienced in A month most of the time the guys don't receive the calls or the phone is switched off and the guys from the main branch are also not that helpful, And about the internet every day theres some maintenance break going on and for least 1 or 2 hour the wifi remains off. I've been working from home and 3 to 4 days in just 15 days I had used my mobile data cause wifi was not working. And today which is 2nd of march 2022 wifi was been offed since 12.30 pm and now it's nearly 9.00 pm where wifi has still not started.& this has become the daily thing .So the worst & worst level of service from dream cables.
